What’s All This Now, Then?
Air Travel Secrets provides you with inside access to the world of the “Road Warrior.”
These are the folks who travel for a living. They often spend as much, or more time flying than the crew! Many of them even know the Flight Attendants and Pilots by name.
You’ll learn how to cope with the issues that may be unfamiliar to you. These pitfalls are part of the life of someone who travels on an almost daily basis, yet remain largely unknown to the the infrequent traveller.
The information you’ll find here comes from years of knowledge gained the hard way. My name is Mitch Selleck, and I’ve worked for two airlines over the last 12 years. I started my Airline Career with Reno Air, a West Coast based US Airline. Since 1987, I’ve worked for United Airlines.
During this time, I’ve had the honor of working with some of the most dedicated, loyal folks in the industry. Pilots, Flight Attendants, Gate Agents, Counter Agents and Ramp Workers. Each and every one working with one goal in mind: to make each trip a memorable, and pleasant experience for the travelling public.
I’ve also met some of the finest people one can imagine. Seasoned travellers who know the ropes, and have graciously shared their knowledge with me. People from all walks of life, and all parts of the world. Each and every one of them have touched my life in some way, and I hope to share what I’ve learned from them with you.
I also welcome your comments, questions and suggestions on Air Travel. With your help, this humble ‘Blog will grow into something great!
Welcome aboard,
Mitch
